I grew up in Orlando, its been so long since i have been to Coco beach. That sound like something i am down for.

 

Hopefully my o2 sensor is fixed so I get better mpg going down there lol.

I can get in touch with VMP. They usually do dyno events if there are enough people. CFT also usually does dyno days. Id pretty much go anywhere besides ttp.

 

I'm interested on seeing everyone's numbers.

I've been to CFT. I figured most of the members would want a dynojet to get their higher numbers, but my 3.0 ihe numbers were on a mustang, and i'd like to use a mustang dyno again for 3.5 ihe for comparison.

 

you dont always net higher numbers on a dynojet. That use to be the case, but now pretty much all dynos are load bearing and give similar results. Honestly, Im more interested to see where my a/f is than my numbers. My wideband took a crap and I'm not sure where the a/f is.

nope its a zeitronix. its the main unit. I swapped it out with another one from a friends car and everything worked. I dont drive the car too much so it just hasnt been a priority.

A Friday might be a bit hard for most to get off of work. Our previous 2 orlando meets were on Sundays (feb/apr funday sunday). sunday the 10th is mothers day so lets scratch that one right off the bat, so how's the 17th for everyone?

As for a dyno.. Should we just go to CFT, since it's right off the 417 (408), and we won't have to worry about i-4 traffic during the day?

3gwithvolks, are you familiar with them enough to ask for a special price? They are generally 50 per 3 pulls. Maybe with 6-8 people, we can get that down to 30?

 

Yeah, sorry I just threw out the 15th because yesterday was the 15th... didn't even pay attention to what day of the week May 15 would be. But yeah, the 17th sounds great. I'm willing to come on down to see whats up. Car is bone stock but it would be nice to meet some of the 3G members and hang out for a day. Perhaps we can get some of the people from FloridaTibs.com to come over as well and hang with us. One of my friends is a site admin and he may be down for this too. Sound cool?

Volks, whats up with ttp? iirc you and ryu were going at it because of something? I got ahold of Shane @ TTP Engineering (TTP-Engineering : Mitsubishi Evo Performance), and he said he could work out a group deal. I'm just waiting for a price per person, but we need a set amount of people for a particular date first.

 

Volks simply has an irrational hatred towards TTP-Engineering. It is a great company with very good hearted people. They offered me a sponsorship when no one else would and now it's brought me within 3 tenths of the Evo stock block world record.

You could always try to find a mobile dyno and do it on the beach. Do it up in Coco beach and then caravan down to Melbourne for go-karts at Andretti's.

 

TTP isn't even open on the weekends. Probably stick with CFT in that case.

 

TTP is open every other Saturday.

 

Let me know when this is. I would dyno my car but I have an appointment friday morning so I would just come out to watch. And no I am not talking about my 3g
