Ladies... Gents. thank you all for getting in your deposits, and thanks to those who have been communicating when they intend to send it. The check for the first house was sent out yesterday to arrive on Monday and I intend to send the 2nd check for the 2nd home once the remainder of the deposits come in. The full payment will be due Mar 31, 2014. I anticipate it being $80 but that amount may go up or down depending on attendance. I will begin collecting payments mid-february, but if you feel you need to pay now or else you will spend it, PM me and we will work out a solution. Thanks again!
