When I'm driving on the interstate my car feels loose, like the backend is kinda shakey, my friend told me that he thinks its my rear control arm, but doesn't really have any idea, I was wondering if you guys could come up with anything.

just to clarify... what you mean by "feels loose" in the rear end is that the rear end feels like it wants to kick out on you correct? any associated noises with this? how many miles on the car? any mods?
check your tire pressure for starters. 32psi in the front, 29psi in the rear are the stock air pressures. check em while the tires are cold (car hasn't been driven in a while). how old are your tires and is there any uneven wear on them?
yeah, check the tire tread on all tires. Also, crawl under the rear of the car and see it the control arms are not broken at the joints (right behind the brakes).
If you get a chance, go under the back end of your car and try moving the sway bar or links and see if there is any play in them. If there is, replace them (with poly if you want stiffer suspension). The longer a part is loose, the more damage it will cause with others.
Look on the bright side! At least it's your car that is starting to feel loose and not your girl!
