Up for sale again, Last time I decided against selling them but this time I have found a solid solution for my 3.8. So these need to go!!

When I took them off my 72 I stripped them of all the paint and rust and then resprayed them with VHT High temp ceramic coating. They are in good condition overall but one of the headers at the very bottom it is scraped/dented in a small amount from the PO bottoming out or something. Nothing to be concerned of,I have ran them for a while with no problems what so ever. As you can see there is also random scratches here in there in the paint from when I was putting them back on before curing them. Nothing a respray cant fix or if you don't care what they look like then you can just leave them be :)

These are some quality headers, will make your car sound good given you have the right exhaust setup and will provide decent gains.

Price is 400+ shipping.

This does include the midpipe that joins the 2 headers, will take pictures of that tonight. Also there is a bung welded in for a wideband and the rear header also has the bung for EGR if you wish to retain the use of it. Also includes 2 brand new gaskets for connecting the headers to the midpipe.

Pics updated!! Cured and ready to go!! Scratch free, cleaned flange surfaces.

Have a GTS manifold for sale here. Price is 100 shipped comes with vac hardlines, map sensor, EGR. This one is in good condition,a little dirty but you can clean this one up your self :p

As another member has pointed out to me these look a little rough so I took my whole day and 30$ to change this. I am repsraying the front/back headers and then curing them in the oven. I have stripped the midpipe of paint and rust and sprayed them and as you can see are curing right now.

Also took a wire brush to the flange surface to make it nice and shiny again.
I have also ground off that mess of a weld on the midpipe. I will be taking it to a machine shop on friday to have it milled very slightly to make the surface fresh and even.

And the BEST thing about this for you is the price is still the same, and the headers are much better!

I have a 2000 Fed spec so I did not have the 2 precat sensors like you probably did. If your not talking about that I just ran an anti fouler for the postcat and the precat like stock and it worked fine. No codes

OP.... I have combined your 2 other threads with this one, due to the dates being so close together. Next time if you have something to sell, please edit your OP and PM me to change the title or wait till you are sure you won't have anything to add.(anything withing 5-6 days or so).. then make your thread.

GLWS.

I'm possibly interested in the headers and Diamante manifold. Not sure if it matters or not but still asking. How many miles are on the headers? Does the dent cause any flow issues or noticeable sound differences? Come with everything to connect? Same applies to the Diamante manifold?

Well the diamante manifold is pending payment currently as somebody just posted they will take it. If he does not pay up soon though its yours. Honestly I am not sure how many miles are on the headers, I used them for 35k and the previous owner said they were lightly used so IDK the exact mileage. But it does not really matter when it comes to headers.

Not at all, The dent is minor and does not restrict or alter the sound. Sounds great and provides good gains. Yes the headers come with everything you would need except gaskets and bolts, which can easily be sourced from any auto store and ace hardware.

Thanks for the reply. I think if I have to purchase gaskets and bolts on top of the headers and shipping it would be right around what it would from RPW. I'll just pick a fresh set up that comes with everything from them. I'm sure you understand. Sucks about the manifold, thanks for all help and answering!

I doubt that. Its 478+ shipping for a new set. And I am sure you know shipping from Australia will be outrageous. You can get the gaskets and bolts for way less than 78$.

I just checked my garage and I actually do have 2 gaskets for connecting the headers to the midpipe which is all you would get from RPW. So you only need 4 bolts/nuts + the exhaust manifold gaskets which are $12 from advanced auto

Just picked me up some fine headers. These RPW shorties will have to go! Cant wait to see the sound/performance diff between the two.
