How easy is it to cut the front bottom grill, as I have a block heater in my car, and the cord is located down there?

We've never had anyone ask this question before. I don't think they would be easy to cut, you would probably be better off drilling the grille where you want the wire to go through. You wouldn't want to cut the outside edge of the grille. This would probably damage the structure of the grille. Hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

We are currently out of the 5 piece in silver for the 2000-2002. We are also out of the 5 piece in black for the 2003-2004. We have another shipment coming from Grillcraft so both will be back in stock late next week. Thanks for all the orders so far!

Thanks for the response, what would the shipping charges be to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, for the 5 piece in black?

Nick,

yesterday I took off one of my fake vent and noticed that there was no opening. I thought behind the fake vent would be this huge opening(for the cold air intake to be fed:). ???Question???? DO most people cut this area out or just place the grillcraft side vents over the plastic.?
Thanks,
Wil

We will not be mix and matching colors. What color is your car? I have a silver Eclipse with silver Grilcraft grilles. Silver on silver or black on black looks GREAT. If you want to stand out, black on silver or silver on black works well. I would not recommend mixing colors.

is it possible to combine a black center piece and 4 silver vents for the 03? How much shipped to 11423?

Will,

You can leave the plastic there and put the grilles over it. When I put my vent grilles in, I cut out the plastic behind them. I just thought it looked better. Your best bet would be using a dremel or exacto knife. Just be careful and tape around the opening so you don't scratch your bumper.

Will these grills ever rust? AS I live right on the Atlantic Ocean, and Salt is used all winter long up here.

Bought mine, can't wait to see them. Damn UPS, didn't know I had to be home to sign for them.

Bought white, cheaper. Any issues with painting them silver?

Nick asked me to post a pic of my car with the new grills. It's a little darker then I'd like, but you'll have a good idea of what they look like!

I had the same experience with UPS. I had to go the next day topick them up to be sure I had them in time!
