Hmmm.. not in chronological order:

1980 Pontiac Pheonix 4th (and highest gear) blew out - sold
1992 Ford Escort - 2 transmissions too many - sold
1986 Porsche 928 w/chevy 350 - sold (sucker)
1982 BMW 318 rust bucket - sold
1987 Isuzu Trooper - Head Gasket - sold
1986 Isuzu Trooper - Head Gasket - sold

1982 Audi 5000 - Tranny blew - sold

2003 Eclipse Spyder GT PP - LOVIN' IT!

So, yeah. I was dirt poor. BTW, those were all in the span of 7 years, excepting the last two they were all in a span of 4 years. There are more than a few stories with each of them...

oh man, a satillite??? That was almost my car inplace of the pheonix - found a in a guys backyard in VT - he wanted 500 for it but I didn't have the time for a project at the moment. 2 months later I went back and it was gone. I still kick myself. Only thing wrong with it was some rust and some hill-billy sunroof install. SNIFF.

'88 Dodge Omni -- first car when I was in high school, gave it back to my parents afterwards.

'82 Firebird Trans Am -- first car I bought with my own money. Was in the middle of restoring the POS when it got stolen and abandoned with nothing but half an interior and no wheels.

'98 Pontiac Sunfire SE -- first car I bought that was worth a damn. Gave me 2 1/2 years of reliable transportation.

'01 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT -- first new car. Dropped $8k in mods on the pig (mostly stereo/show mods) and then traded her in after numerous fights with the shithole shop that'd done the work on the car (broken/missing/incomplete work; slew of screwed up wiring and electronics). Only had for 14 months.

'00 Integra Type R -- my baby :( I miss her, she was the first car I bought for the purpose of racing after I started getting into the performance aspect of cars. Sold her last May '04, after just shy of 2 years of ownership, to save money for college.

'88 Integra RS -- current beater but I'm so sick of this car, I'm going to buy a late model used car or a Scion tC this spring.

Cars I no longer have are in gray:

3/1996 1976 Pontiac LeMans - Bought for $325, sold for $200 after spending $1500 trying to get it running. :uh:

6/1996 1992 Geo Prizm - Bought for $6000. Reliable as hell. Wish I still had it, but I traded it in on:

10/1998 1992 Eagle Talon TSi AWD - Bought it for $5000. 45,000 miles, immaculate condition. ...And mechanically cursed. Spent $7000 on myriad engine repairs and replacement parts. In nearly two years of ownership, I was only able to put 12K miles on it. Fuel pump was dead the day that I traded it in on my GTP. But thanks to the low miles and the spotless condition of the interior & exterior, the dealership gave me $5000 in trade!

9/1999 1996 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD - Bought for $21K with 47,000 miles on it. It has 90K on it now, it's paid off, and it'll be a long time before it gets sold or traded in.

6/2000 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP - Bought for $16K. First car I every really modded. Reliable, fast, comfortable... Rattletrap. Jarring ride with race-ready suspension. :dunno: Traded it in on my Protege5.

6/2002 1992 Eagle Talon TSi AWD - Bought it for my wife as an anniversary present. Right now, it's having its transmission built at a shop in Colorado Springs.

2/2003 2003 Mazda Protege5 - Bought for $14,100 with 3 miles on the odometer. First new car I'd bought. Sold it a year and a half later for $12,500 with 24K miles.

7/2004 2004 Pontiac GTO - Bought for MSRP, before GM starting giving them away for next to nothing. But the car's well worth it at any price. ;)

1980 Chevy Caprice Impala 3.8 V6 - Hand me down, given to a cousin long gone now
1989 Pontiac Firebird V6 - First car I bought with my money (well, split with my dad) in June 5th '96. Dontated it to charity this August. Gave me almost no trouble in 8+ years
2001 Trans Am - First new car, bought June 5th 2001. Engine currently half apart in my garage - not cause anything is broken ;)
2003 Blazer - Bought new this July. 6k miles and gets through snow

2004 Toyota Celica - totalled 4 days after christmas 2003

2004 Mazda 6 - totalled two months later in 2004

2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse - My beast (actually had this a few months now)

2000 Honda Prelude - (my driver)

my first two happened within a span of 8 months... had the celica for 6 months and then totalled it when a bunch of other cars hit each other... i was the last one. got my Mazda couple weeks later and i had that one for 2 months and a stupid ricer civic cut me off on a wet road and i spun out hitting a tree and splitting my car in half :urowned: ... i hate civics! :rshake:

got my Eclipse a few months later and just bought my Prelude a couple months ago :fever:

86 Toyota MR2(bought by parents for high school graduation present) - 2 engines, 1 tranny, 260Kmiles.....:agreed: Lasted me through college though. MR2s own!!!

2000 Eclipse GS(first car I ever bought) - Bought this when the last engine in the MR2 went boom in 2002. Now my sister drives the MR2 after replacing the headgasket and a lot of other fun stuff.

2001 Ford Ranger - Bought this last year so I can get the 'real mods' going on the Eclipse.

2002 Mustang V6 Convertible - White Intetrior - White Top - No Spoiler: This was a leased car that my mom took from the dealership. I used it for about 1 year in 2002-3 for college. It was alot of fun for a convertible... but the insurance prices is what made me return it.

2000 Eclipse GS - Sportronic - Sun Roof: I still got my 3G but right now it's at the Bodyshop being fixed. Should come out better than when I bought her though... I got the Sporty tranny at 65,000 miles and now it should be replaced by a tranny at 50,000 miles or newer according to my insurance company. :woot: I dont plan on selling her for a long time... it's my performance show and go daily driver.

Future cars id like to add to my stable? uhhh maybe in 4-5 years the 2006 Corvette Z06 with the LS7 engine once they start offering those factory rebates and cash back incentives. Should have enough money to get one once I finish college and university. This will be my weekend speedster. :yesway:

Good grief, don't you kiddies stay awake and off the sauce while driving anymore? Half of you totaled a car or two in the span of just a few years' worth of driving o_O

<--- Only accident was a spinout avoiding a truck that turned into my lane. Hit the curb and caused fender and rim damage. Car was nowhere near totaled ($300 including repairing the rim).
