I recently ordered Enkei EDR9 wheels 18x7.5 for my eclipse and wanted to buy new lug nuts...was wondering what size they would need to be...would I need a bigger size than stock since I went up 2' in wheel size?

Sorry to say that this is not true. Lug nut seat type must match the wheel's lug opening in order to minimize stress on the wheel's hub. When using lug nuts with the wrong seat type, this can happen:

Here we can see that the lug nuts actually caused parts of the wheel hub to detach from the wheel and stay fixed to the rotor/spacer hub:

And here we can see the completely detached lug holes in the wheels:

Thread reference: Review my experience with aftermarket lugs + stock wheels - MyG37

All I can say is that if the wheels were purchased from TireRack, they'll supply you with the proper lug nuts that will work with the wheel and the car.

Unless you feel some need to change the studs you wouldn't change the thread and pitch for the nuts anyway but some wheels also have very small holes for the lugs and looking at yours they might be the same as mine. I got a free gorilla wheel install kit when I bought my wheels from Discount Tire - every lug is a lock and they've got a thin profile and socket.
You probably just have to wait until they come in to find out but that M12x1.50 is the important number to remember
Nice looking wheels by the way.
