if thats your car in your avatar and Im pretty sure it is, you're kidding that mine is cooler? no f'ing way! lol Im only psyched about mine being on the show because mine is kinda stock. I dont have any major mods to be honest. Plus I dont have the $$$ to do more, but what Ive done is mostly show mods and its rewarding to see the show select my car to put on the segment! Im going to check with my brother Sunday about how I can get it from the DVD to my computer to upload. It shouldnt be a huge file since the segment is only about a minute, if that. More later when I find something out! And thanks for the compliment, but yours is definately hot!

Thanks all for the props. I recorded it on DVD last night, so now I have to figure out how to get it from my DVD to the computer so I can upload it. I know someone with a dvd drive in their computer but figure then I would need some kind of editing software to copy just the 1-minute segment instead of copying the whole 30 minute show on DVD. If I do copy it, then Ill be sure to post a link to it online.

I am quite aware that there are 100 or more of you on this site that would easily be put on that show or segment, no doubt. I just wanted to mention in no way do I think my car is the hottest, because I know its not. I just took the initiative to contact them, send them pictures, sign the release and followed through with it. Yes, Im proud of my car and love it, but didnt want to come off as cocky and think mine was the best. Some of you guys have some really sweet cars, no doubt. I just dont have alot of $$$ to put more into mine, or I would have by now! :twothumb:

lol man...you have a spyder, it has a wings west kit AND its turboed. no offense to silver bullet because he has one of the cleanest cars on here, but yours is pretty damn cool too iceman. haha.

Was able to copy the entire show (30 minutes) from my dvd to my computer. Until I can figure out how to edit the show to get the 45-second segment off and upload to my site, I posted a screen shot of my car on the show. See up top for the picture!

 

Ok Windows Movie Maker can edit the video you do it very easy cheap cus most have it on the Cmputers frm the factory.If you want you can even add your own music lol.Hope this helps.

thanks for that info. I had no idea that was part of win xp. i imported my video into it and am playing around with it, but have noticed so far that the clips are reversed, as if looking into a mirror and theres no audio on them. Oh well, Ill mess around with it and see what I can do. Thanks again.
