Hey all, the fiance's car is a 2003 GS, auto.. As she was driving yesterday, she says she heard a "pop" and lost power.. Engine died, no PS, check engine light and Brake light came on while she coasted to the shoulder. Went and picked it up last night and brought it back (she was about 100 miles out on her way to her parents' place).
Started getting into it today.. Couldn't hear the fuel pump come on, and all the fuses and relays seemed fine, so I pulled the fuel pump and bench checked it and it worked fine.. It doesn't prime when the key is turned on, but pumps fine while cranking.. Gets plenty of fuel to the fuel rail too.. It'll crank fine but won't turn over.. We're thinking maybe the ECU went bad? What do y'all think?
