obviously not telling you what direction to go with your car...but that rear bumper just looks way too flashy for me...and IMO your car has too clean of a look to go there...

thats why im getting someone to photoshop both. I appreciate the opinion though. The only reason I am considering a new rear bumper instead of just a lip is because my car was in a wreck before and instead of putting a new bumper on, the shop fixed most of the damage but left some places and painted over top of some imperfections, and I am planning on hitting the show circuit next year and I can't have that. and I am not about to buy a brand new stock bumper and then a lip on top of that. My color isn't stock, so I can't just order a stock bumper prepainted from Dr. 9023G. I'm gonna have to find a shop to do it and its not gonna be cheap...it has alot of metallic in it.

I am in love with that rear bro. I would like to see how this turns out since we have the same color car. One thing though would you think it would look good with that Xplosion rear, blitz sides and WW front bumper. It's just an idea i got.

 

Yeah I am trying to think of some sideskirts that would work with that rear and the wings west sides. By blitz, do you mean those low ones like on buddyclubgs or whatever his name is??

If someone would do the Xplosion rear with these sideskirts and then of the sideskirts on that primered one, that would be great.

 

Honestly, that rear would only look right with WW sides. See how it has a lip that flares out? It lines up perfectly with the WW kit. I had my car parked next to his at the last meet and I was scoping out that idea myself.. but decided against it.

 

Hijacker, since you have the kit yourself and everything, wouldnt it look odd with wings west sides and front but then a different rear? Or do you think it would actually all flow well together? I just need to do something about this rear and buying a lip wouldnt cover up any of the damage. EDIT. Now that you mention it, the sideskirt is nearly identical towards the back part as the aerogear one.

after looking at the wings west, Hijacker had a good point...the end of the rear and the end of the sideskirt on the wings west sideskirt match up and I think that would flow well. Wings west front with the black middle insert, OEM carbon fiber hood with the sides painted, wings west sides, xplosion rear with the middle insert blacked out and my aero duo carbon fiber wing with the sides of the blade painted. hmmm sounds like a winner to me. Can someone photoshop that rear and wings west sides on my car? sorry i keep changing my mind, but its helped getting input from other people. Im just way too picky with a body kit.

 

That would look hot. I would go with blitz or razzi sides but thats me. Cant wait to see the finished product and if it looks good i might steal this idea but modify it a bit:fawk:

haha, j/p. Atleast i'd be the first with that combination. But for me, its gonna be a while. I am just getting all my ideas set in concrete now so when the time comes, i know what I want.

 

Yeah exactly its gonna be a while for me too. Im very picky when it comes to exterior mods especially body kits. All credit will go to you though.

Sara, if you wouldn't mind, could you add the ww front lip to that angle and maybe touch up the one iceman did with the wings west sideskirts?? That would be greatly appreciated if you could!!

I really think I am. My rear bumper needs to be replaced anyways especially if I plan on doing shows like I have intended for next show season. When they painted my car, they painted over some of the imperfections...bunch of bastards. I love that xplosion rear though.

 

Wow, That looks really good. The only thing I think may look funny is coming up with a decent front to go with that rear. The WW sides look great with the rear, but I think the WW front is just too low key to match it well. Maybe something like the tracer 2 front? (Isnt that acutally what the first siver one has?)
