What is the standard plug gap? Should any adjustment be made for nitrous?

Chase i would set it on the high side not on the low side. the more exposure you give the fuel to the spark the more power you will get! i would go .043 but not anymore because w/ nos the fuel air mixture will be harder to lite off. get the blaster II coil from MSD and run .055 to .065 with the nos. its not a expensive coil at all

well let me just say this and i wil drop it... i had a stock HEI setup on my chevy... installed a Jacobs prostreet ditigal ignition and picked up over 75 HP. the stock one just couldent lite off a 11.5:1 motor with over .600" lift. the worse the mixture the harder it will be to lite it off. cylinder presure makes a BIG difference. if u run high compression the resistance the spark will have to jump through the plug will be to high and it will start to mis... been there, see it happen, done it myself...

^ not fight you. Just saying with my N20 set up the stock system has handled it fine for 3 years, running a 75 shoot.

i have a idea for a msd setup. if you just want to use a coil and not a whole box. take the msd blaster SS coil look it up to the positive for the coil that is in car now and the trigger wire. take a spark plug break off the metal piece down, and grind it flat. drill a hole in the dis cap and use a hella stong epoxy to mount the plug in the center of the cap. i know it sounds RETARDED but should work!!
