I read your thread, but to emphasize the trouble I have had with rob, I thought I would start another one. If nothing else, to get his attention and to show other people that he is having trouble keeping his word with people. Good luck with your problem, I'll let you know if anything changes on my end.

i'm happy u did it it looks like the only person that he did a deal with was MCMike37 probly just to build up his reputation, the other person that he sold something to was some other guy that bought his patriot red sideskirts even tho he has a silver eclipse in the avatar....

I talked to him yesterday about all this. He said he was working on giving refunds to a couple other people, including you, did you get it? Mine was the "last" one he had to send out, and apparently couldn't go through because the others had to clear first. I talked to him this afternoon and nothing was new in my account. Let me know if you got your money or if it was hot air from wings_west_3g.

he contacted me yesterday, he said he was going through some financial problems, my refund is pending with paypal now

 

the refund should clear within a day or 2 I would think.

the payments to other people have cleared, the ones waiting for their money have recieved it so I don't know what is taking so long with my refund. That was a couple days ago, and I am still waiting for my money. Wings_west_3g is making it sound like I am whining, but I am persuing my refund the best I can. If people see that he is too difficult to work with, that may motivate him to be a little more proactive with me. Get it done, wings_west_3g, and I will clear this mess up.

ok, I know their has been disscussion about this guy how some of you have bought something off of him and he doesnt follow through.

Well, he is buying my dvd player and I gave him my trust. Cause he said that he will pay the remainder by april 1st. well, that didnt happen on top of that he said he was going to wire the money as he said he was going to by friday and nothing then saturday and nothing then friday again and nothing it is now the 15th of april. and i have called him pm'd him and sent him txt msgs cause he seems to prefer to contact people via text msgs. so i guess hes just going to not respond and just hide.

So, good thing I have people in the litigation business and a co-worker has a brother thats a lawyer. So, lets see how he likes it? I was trying to be nice to him but no more.

edit: 5 minutes after i posted this I got a phone call from him. and we have agreed on a money order that he will be sending on monday since post office is closed on sunday and he is sorry for the way things turned out so I will have to wait and see what happens during the weekday.

 

Its already done. Here is his refund. So no nothing happened just a delay of me working and what not. But all is good Did speak wit Richard on the fone earlier and told him the deal had his money order taken kare of and thats that.

I dont know Rob that well, but im sure he means well. And im actually completing a deal with him now that we had a while back. He seems like a good guy trying to get all things done. so, give him a little time to get all that taken care of.
