You can use a vacuum line for the wastegate, but it's better if you use a boost-only source close to the turbo compressor. Keep in mind that with a boosted car, most of your vacuum lines will also become boost sources, and boost (pressure) is what will cause your wastegate to open, not vacuum. Personally, I would drill and tap the compressor housing and install a nipple, but you can use pretty much any vacuum line to do the job. If you have any boost-only lines on your setup (anything before the throttle body), you should use that. Otherwise just use a boost/vac line (something that comes from the intake manifold, make sure there isn't a check valve in between your T-fitting and the intake manifold)
As far as the oil feed is concerned, just crawl under your car and reach up behind the block. It's pretty hard to miss. Your stock oil dummy light sensor is on the back of the block right below the intake manifold. Here's the pic from the service manual; it's not very good, but you can see the intake ports on the head near the top of the picture where your intake manifold will be. The dummy light sensor is about halfway up.
This is where I ran my oil feed from. My oil feed line is 1/8" NPT I believe, so I needed to get a BSPT->NPT adapter. The dummy light is BSPT thread so you will have to get a BSPT male adapter to NPT female (or whatever the thread is on your oil feed line)
