All those kits you listed EXCEPT the first one will work fine. I wouldnt get the first one just because its no pictures of the acutal Kit. However I put a similar Kit on our RX8 like the others and it works fine. And no matter what picture someone post of HIDs on their car or another car they ALL are going to look the same just different Temps. Basically once youve seen 1 Hit kit youve seen them all. There is no difference as far as the output just the colors,brand,name,Retrofit or not that people choose. Some brands might be better than others but you cant really tell untill youve had them for a year or more.

To break it down even more for you all.... If I show you my 5K McCulloch Kit i have on my car and someone shows you their 5k Mtec Hid kit they both will look identical. So just pick you out a Kit and a Temp you want. No matter what you get they all are going to work the same. These hid post are all talking about the same thing over and over and i dont think anyone has actually realized this stuff. When buying a Kit just make sure you get one with a 1year+ warranty and you will be just fine.

8K is really Blue and 10K is a Turqousie color. With the 10K it is just for looks because you wont have good visibility at night when it rains at all. 8k's visibilty is better than 10K but not that much. I used to have 8K. If you want to still have decent visibility and want them to light up blue get the 8k. And before its ASked.... the lower the number the better the visibility and the less color you have. And the higher the number the more color.

And those lights take H1's

MOJO - THX for the quick no-nonsense explaination!
Sounds like it comes down to pricing, and warranty, everything else is about equal.

company 2 says its 8k also....but it shines out more whitish blue......

amen. I have a ebay kit some no name and they are bright and work just great. Guys, it really comes down to what kind of warranty you want, how much you are looking to spend and if you are one that is stuck to one certain brand. It is getting pretty damn old when people are asking is X kit better than X kit...Just go with one, we all have a different kit so it is very hard to compare.

Just like anything. Buy an ebay intake, exhaust, obx headers. It's all brand name but is it any good? Some are some aren't. It's hit or miss. Thank you but I'd rather invest in something that I KNOW is a perfected product and carries a lifetime warranty on all their parts

Hey, got the HIDs today.
Its a prettty nice setup.

The only real complaints I have are about the way they did the 'plug n play' wiring. I could have come up with a million other ways to make it better.

But other than that, its a great setup, and Its lookin pretty sweet.
Its raining right now so I cant get any good pics, but ill post em up when I get some.

For now these are the best ones I have;

Playa I have an ebay kit as well and mine is working just fine. As with anything there will always be some crap out there, but I am unsure why you are questioning mojos knowledge on this. He thoroughly looks over invo before buying from what I have seen.

Me personally, no way am I going to pay 700 for an HID setup. And to whoever said the stuff bout the wiring harness melting, last time I checked, HID runs on less wattage then stock headlights.
