Where can I get this Lip from? I already talked to a salesman of andysautosport but he told me that he couldn't get that front lip because it wouldn't fit?!

I need this front lip, and as some of you know I need it to be sent to Germany!
because you're an 01..? Tell him to stop being dumb, they have them available for your bumper.

I personally think Andy's is one step worse than eBay.

any one have more pictures of the torque bodykit? i want to kno how far the front bumper sticks out on the sides, mainly by the wheels, i have seen sum nice bodykits look stupid cause they r toooo wide, thanks

Can any1 tell me what this setup is... http://fs1.us.cyworld.com/data3/2008/04/09/074/1207804674832617_file.jpg ...... it looks like the shine body kit but that grill with the Mitsubishi badge looks real neat:drool:. How would i go about doing this to my stock 2002 GT. I just bought it and it needs a new front and rear bumpers so i decided i should just buy a whole kit.
That's a 3G with the Shine kit, but that ugly square thing in the front looks like a Photoshop with the new Lancer front end.

I was just curious but that shine body kit.. the first on this thread is that on a 03-05 3g? because i just bought an 02 3g GT and i cant seem to find the shine body kit with the fog lights.. also if any1 can post or message me the Wings West body kit from different view it would be greatly appreciated because i hear a lot about it and ppl think it looks good and i'd like to see for myself but as or right now i think i am settled on the shine kit.

The SS kit has nothing to do with fog lights, it's just a lip kit.
The trim level and options of your car (RS, GS, GT, GTS) determines if you have fog lights or not.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. Now i know.. because i have a 2002 GT that i just bought and i dont know too much about the cars but i am a car fan and have done some work to my 1992 nissan 240sx. times were rough and had to sell it but now i had to buy this eclipse because i got an amazing deal on it. 2002 Eclipse GT for $1500. Has 140k miles and a slightly cracked front and rear bumper but everything works fine and interior is in great condition, well worth the price if you ask me. So basically i would need to buy new front and rear bumpers b4 installing a body kit? i was looking for either wings west or shine...

If the bodykit you choose is a lip kit and the damage and/or cracks you have will affect on how well it will mount - then yes, they will need to be replaced. If your are completely replacing the bumpers with aftermarket bumpers that come with the shitty bodykits, then you don't need to replace the OEM bumpers.

IMO - you shouldn't do jack shit to your car or modify a thing until you have it in pristine working condition, no body damage, etc. Replace your OEM bumpers, clean up the car, and go from there.

Agreed

I agree thats why i want to get the oem bumpers first then i am going to buy either a shine or WW body kit then when i have the $$ saved up i am going to install the kit and get the car repainted besides that.. theres no more real fixing up to do.. then i'll start with the real mods. Any1 know a cheap site or place to get oem bumper covers from?

Wow thats a really good price.. but here's the deal the guy selling it to me is a co-worker of my fiance. i still have not paid him because i am waiting for him to get into a new finance first so i'll probably have the car in 2 weeks its a 2002 but i dont think thats the bumper style i think it has the 00-02 bumper style will that one fit?
thats a 03+ bumper...but yes it'll fit...however, the SS Kit will look different vs. the 00-02 OEM bumper w/SS kit...IMO get the WW kit with a 03+ bumper and SS kit with a 00-02 bumper

you cant its been discontinued ( i think). I was looking for one for about 6 months and then one was finally up sale here on the site. i would say just to keep an eye out for one......i believe there was a whole kit (including this lip) over the .org site.
