Did some tuning on 93oct, im at 351whp at 12psi on a evo8 9.8hs 16g turbo:ndance: Also this is with a smoothing of 1, this shit pulls super clean. I put smoothing to 2 and it was to smooth lmao.
Im not even done yet, but im gonna leave it conservitive for now an turn up the boost.
First Customer Smed112233, he came to me with a tune from a local shop which had alot of knock and was overall horrible. He made 200whp on their dyno, when I ran his base pull threw VD it showed 202whp so its very close. He fixed some boost leaks which raised the wastegate pressure from 10~psi to a 12psi spike, with nothing else changed he was making 206whp. Also if you dont know Smed has an Auto RS, which means no Sporty. Which is a big issue when tuning because you cant do full 3rd or 4th gear pulls. Anyways at the same wastegate pressure he is now making 224whp. Not bad considering he is getting robbed an extra 10%hp to the wheels over a manual from the auto tranny.
Please ignor the tq readings as anything before 4000~rpm isnt WOT because the car would downshift. And sense its P-T you cant compair from pull to pull.
Heres Smed112233's Base Vs Final Dyno at 14psi. Base 221~whp, Final 245whp. When you figure a Auto has a 20~% drivetrain lose thats not to bad for 14psi on a 16g turbo.

We are still fighting his high air temps(120+), so this is a concervitive tune as you can see. Very rich and I have it set up to pull timing over certain air temps which is why theres a dip at 5400rpm. Rather be down 10~whp than have it knock/detin

Update Nitai3g 227whp @ 5800~rpm
12psi and very little tuning. Were starting tuning again next week.
I now tune, All 01-05 eclipse/03-05 evo8 stock ecu's, AEM EMS Any car, Any honda using Chrome or Neptune, HPTuners for you GM boys. !
