Im game. I probably won't put my car in she show but I'll go. I should be getting started on my dash work befor then, I found some one to wrap it so I just have to figure out what kinda material I want it done in.

 

I'm in. I don't have anything done to my car except new rims/tires, really, but I'll have more done to it before then. It may not be all that great performance wise, but It'll be shining.

I wouldn't call it a failure...up here its just me a two other Eclipses, and we all live in the same tiny ass city, so it doesn't really qualify as a meet. At least y'all have some diversity down there lol.

There's always the chance "Life" may change my plans but I'm pretty sure I'll be there.
I got some of my parts installed this weekend so I'm Jones'in to show 'em off.
She's in SEVERE need of a wax, and I still need to install the dash cover and front bumper still.
Maybe I can get my Subwoofer box built by then too.
This event atleast gives me something to shoot for.

If you need any help with that bumper, let me know. I don't know a whole lot about cars, so anything that I can help with, I can learn from. When my friends painted my car, I didn't get a chance to help them with the new bumper or anything. Mine needs to come off so that I can put the inserts in right. I also need to get some replacements...they keep falling off.

Well i have the other guy coming with me so that two from my end. I also should have my new dash by then.

 

That's something I need to do, also. Everyone seems to have all of the same problems with the Eclipses...go figure.

HAH! I don't think mine'll be anywhere near show worthy by then. I'm going to have a little bit done, by then, but I'm embarrassed to open the hood. Not only is it bone stock, but it's dirty as shit, and I don't have the patience to actually try and clean it up. I think I'll have one of my photographers with me to take pictures of everything.

It'll take some work to get it good an clean though.
I used to have the engine really nice but it's been neglected.
And at the last Import FaceOff I went to people did both, show and track.

Yeah, Malachi. Car show contestants can only particapte in Test-n-Tune.
But, it's only $30 total if I want to do that.

And we get a discount if we have 5 cars in the show.
Looks like that won't happen.

Test and Tune Drag Racer $20 (open to any make/model)
Competition Drag Racer $30 (imports or sports compacts only)

Drag racers can not compete in the car show competition. Car show contestants may race Test and Tune (TnT), but only AFTER their car has been judged. TnT tech card is only $5 after already paying as a car show contestant or spectator. Purchase TnT tech card at the front gate.

but im going eat it up on the track. BTW before i go im going to need a tune, which means ill be making a trip or two to corr if anyone wants to come.

Ok, Max is coming with me to take pictures. I'm paying him a little, so if you want your own pics, you can throw him a little bit of money, and he'll edit them and send them to you no problem. He doesn't charge much at all, and this is the only way he gets paid, so I hook him up most of the time.

I'll be replacing front bumper at some point on Sunday.

That night I'll probably be practicing for the 30th, but nothing durning the day. Sounds like fun. I should have my projectors in at my friends house, so we're putting those on tonight.

My car is stock and has a banged up fender (not hideous). I don't want to misrep LA 3G, and I wouldn't be trying to compete, but I'd love to turn out. Am I welcome?

I plan on being there but I too will not be entering anything.
I got a little paint cancer on the spoiler and rock chips on the hood are horendous.
I was planning on getting new paint before the meet but then I got laid off so that went on the back burner.
