I know momo offers shift knobs for our automatics, do you know how they would be installed because the ones I see online do not look like they accomodate the release button on the side of the oem shift knob? Thanks,

Haysam

The automatic shift knobs have a button on the top instead of the side like the stock shifter. These work great with the Eclipse and many members have purchased them. Hope that info helps!

OK man,

We can't get individual pieces of the knobs so I can't help you Guz, I'm sorry. The MOMO F-16 EVO in silver would be $64.99 plus 8.00 shipping. This part is not on our site so your best bet would be to call us toll free at 1-877-NAMOTORS to order!

Hi sintec,

Is the install fairly easy?

As long as you get the shift rod in the void space on the shifter, it shouldnt take more then a few minutes. I on the other hand couldn't for the life of me get it and it took a good hour or 2. Other then that, it couldnt be easier.

Will the old shift boot on a 5spd match right up against the bottom of a Combat Evo shift knob, or will you be able to see the shifter rod?

Also, with the Combat EVO's small base, will the top plastic ring be seen on the top of the boot? If anyone has a picture of how big an edge it will be where the shifter and boot meet, it would be very helpful in my decision to buy one of these.
