Started to spruce up the engine bay back in 2007. I got a few more things I want to do with it, but this is pretty much how she sits right now. 2 stage red candy powdercoating, silver powder coating and black powder coating cover about 50% of the engine bay parts right now.

Not pictured: Tearstone Billet Cap Set and misc. chrome bolts.

 

 

Clipse very very nice. honestly tasteful and well organised.

lets see some more, no rice though. nice strong engine bays!

Stock clean engine on ma G! None of the Eclipse right now, its all dirty anyway. Dont mind the minor rust spots, dont want that to throw off the mood of this tricked out Bay lol

Nothing major, just needs to be cleaned and wiped off a bit.

I want to know where to find these anymore. I haven't seen a Ripp I4 supercharger anywhere. I would MUCH rather S/C than a turbo. It looks better than the turbo too. Any help?

I don't know where the rest are but you win. There are others that are sweet on here but yours is just bootyfull.

 

just a suggestion for the 4g64 guys, there is a way that you can reroute the throttle cable under the intake and over the intake manifold to hide it. It makes the bay look a lot cleaner but dosn't add any drag to the throttle. I have a pic somewhere that shows how to route it that i will post up when i find it.

 

That'd be awesome! It'll be nice to get it away from the turbo manifold when I do the FI swith!

hijacker, thank you for posting. it has always been clean enough to eat off of. love the setup. i hope your wire tuck comes out as good as mine or better. i still had many more plans for it like rerouting the brake lines and a few other things to help clean it up much more than it is. i really wanted to fill the holes though and repaint the bay but i didnt have the time.

stilwrks, looks good for the track duty it sees. keep it up guys. hopefully this thread will motivate more people to keep their engine bays something to look at. i for one dont mind opening my hood.

yeah made them myself and have a set right here ready to ship if anyone wants a full set. They really simplify the engine bay a lot thats why I like them so much.
