Me and my buddy was on our way to Wally World and i came up beside a Convertable Z3 Bimmer. Driving was a Old guy had to be in his 50's-60's and his wife in the passenger seat. Im not thinking that hes gonna race so i just take off like normal from the light and he did also. I was like a Nose ahead taking off anyway still in 1st. Then he Floors it so i do also. Slammed 2nd he crept up beside me so i kept it to the floor and hit 3rd and i was at his back bumper. Then he slowed and i slowed down also. My buddy was like Damn thats a fast Z3. I look over at the guy and he gives me a Thumbs up and a big Grin. Then he goes on up ahead and we looked at the back of his car and it was a "M" Roadster. Then me and my buddy was like DAMN!!! WE hung with a "M". I was actually impressed at how go my car kept up.
On down the road farther i com eup next to a 330Ci bimmer. Dark Blue 4dr and a lady in her mid 40's and a little girl was in it. On the other side was the guy in the "M". Well light turned green and the Lady peeled out. We was like WTF!!! The guy in the "M" And i were getting beat by this lady. Haha. Well I missed 2nd and so did he. :ugh: Long story short she was gone.
Came up to the next light and she was just grinning at us both like she had done something. This time it seemed like we both were ready. Light turneed green i reved to 2.5k Easedout on the clutch and she was right next to me. Then i started pulling on her and the guy in the "M" Was on teh opposite side of here even with me. Took it up to 3rd gear and we stayed that way till about 80ish then we slowed down. The 330Ci was like 2 cars back. Then she blew by us both and did a Fly by. :lmfao:
Needless to say it was pretty cool playing with the old people today. The 3g Once again made me proud even with my 270lbs friend next to me. When i got to wally world the lady in the blue bimmer was getting out and she was like that was fun..... But i had to slow down on the curves because i had my daughter with me. Maybe Next time she says. I was like Nice car and went on my way. Now if only the Honda/Mustang people could be that kool.
