Hey guys, Im starting to work on my 03 GTS when i get back from iraq in Jan. Was need some suggestions on what to do first, Ive finally got to save some money from being stuck here in the desert and have started ordering some parts. So far i ordered the AEM CAI and pulleys, 19sx8.5(will this fit?). The rims look great in pictures, havent seem them yet, there're sitting at my parents house and i wont be able to put them on till summer when i get stationed in Augusta, GA. But my plan so far is to go with the RIPP headers, and quiet exhaust(dont want to sound like an souped up lawnmower going down the street). A conservative body kit with the fender flares(dont know what). So does anyone know of a good shop that can help me in hawaii start, till i get to georgia next summer? Any suggestions on how to spend my hard earned money in iraq is greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys

19x8.5 rim is awful big imo, might be a bit of a rough ride, gonna have to go with 35 series tires prolly to squeeze those rims under there. Looks to me like you have a good plan, upgrade intake and exhaust, work on the body a lil, upgrade suspension, etc. Then maybe come back around for some more power upgrades, etc.
I think you're plan is good, too. I'd recommend the Magnaflow catback exhaust. it's deep and very mellow. It makes the drive more enjoyable. I'd look at upgrading the stock motor mounts to DM Firm mounts to reduce some of the wheel hop. Also, front clear corners are inexpensive and will complement your chrome headlights. Good luck!
