theres just not enough space for it to go behind the hood brace. Pipe H isnt long enough to go from one side to the other side of the FMIC. How where u able to get the pipes behind fmic? man this shit just isnt working
What is that support bar shaped like? I was on the phone with Jimmie last week and he advised me to modify the support bar by making a few cuts to be able to flatten the section so the pipe "H" can fit:

I also moved the power steering coil behind the bar. Pipe "H" now fits perfectly. I'm considering either welding the cuts closed or just bolting a metal bracket behind the cuts for extra stability.

Am finishing off the e-manage now, as well as my other gauges. After that I have to finish up the intercooler plumbing, double check connections/bolts/etc then fire her up!

Maybe I should take out the passenger seat, as contorting under the dash to get at the ecu wires is a pain :scream:

taking out the passenger seat is the 'easiest' way to do the wiring under the dash. it still sucks though

You should have three sets of wires for the emanage - the main harness connector+wires, injection wires, and ignition wires+harness connector. The injection wires are not connected to anything, but you plug the wires into the left side of the main harness connector. The ignition wires only use two wires, and also plugs into its own harness connector. Will try and get pics tonight.

what do u mean the injection wires are not connected to anything? I thought they were tapped into the ecu harness? What did u do with the extra ignition weres that are connected to anything? Tape then ends of them off or what?

When you receive the kit, the ignition harness wires are not hooked up to anything, but are bundled together in a jacket and have metal connectors at one end. You insert the metal connectors of the wires you need into the emanage main harness and splice the other end to the appropriate wire at the ECU. You can just remove the ones you wont need. It actually works pretty nice.

Have you checked the emanage wireing schematics?

yes. that goes to injector 1 and should be yellow with a blue line. can u take a picture of where u solder ur wires of where u cut some off them
Didn't get a chance to take a picture of the wiring, but I just spliced the wires in a couple of inches away from the connector. Make sure you have a wire stripper that actually works :bash:

Damn, lucky bastard, you've got access to a lift! I just had a pair of jackstands and a squeaky crawler.

*Update* Added pics of front mount piping:

While piecing together the intercooler piping, I felt like I was playing Tetris
