Also picked up a stock spoiler and leather seats so those will be going in as well. Figured i might as well do the whole interior while im doing it so it looks new again.

yea the valve cover came painted like that. plan on stripping it soon.

 

The valve cover looks different. If she insists on keeping it, find some simple ways to compliment it without getting gaudy. Otherwise it sounds like it's going in the right direction. :yesway:

Nice car and nice girl. I'll watch her if you're on deployment again..... lol jk. I respect our armed forces, thanks for serving our country, have nothing but respect. What I would do first to the car other than of course the expensive wheels and drop, is get a snub nose antenna to take away the RC car look it has going now. Get some nice black housing headlights to match with your niteshaded taillights and reverse lights. Other than that you're plans seem pretty good, there is no interior shots so I can't comment on that either. Good stuff so far :yesway:

That thing looks like video controller. I would suggest paint it back to black or silver like the car.

Just sand the blue paint down a little bit and get some "interior paint" from advance/autozone it matches the black pretty close. Option 2 is just buy another one from a part out.

I thought you dye material not plastic? Like dying the headliner instead of upholstering it, but anyway Either white like the car or just black would be nice. Even wrapping it in CF would look much better than that crappy blue lol In my opinion of course.

It's honestly extremely easy to do upholstery work. Especially the headliner. Plus dye seems to fade over time.

 

Heck if it's easy for you, go for it. But honestly, don't do sued. It won't match anything in the car. Just do a nice black fabric.
