Yes, you replace your stock FPR with this adapter so you can run a line to an aftermarket perhaps adjustable FPR such as an Aeromotive to set your base fuel pressure.

what else besides the 4G64 do they fit? what are the dimensions on the end that goes into the rail and whats the spacing on the bolts? toyotas and other asians use a similar looking style.
