You should spend a Saturday detailing the thing . . . brake dust galore and the paint looks dull as fuck.

EDIT: Just noticed it in your future mods, rofl. On the reals though if you keep up with washing it regularly and keeping the dirt/brake dust down it won't be as bad compared to if you just leave it and wash it like once a month. Keep on top of it and take car of it and the car will take care of you. FYI I got my silver 3G around the same age, so props.

The car has about 110K. The pics do no justice because its not in that bad of condition to be 9 years old its just never been washed, and im not building a pretty car... and RalliArt2000 driving your car would be a waste because i wouldnt even be able to beat a stock civic EX so make sure you keep that paint pretty and clean cause thats the only thing that cars got going for it IMO ;)

You drive a slow P.O.S. also; at least his looks good. Try to keep in mind that this is a public forum that you post in to receive other people opinions. With that said; I really, really like your exhaust idea. It would be different, you should definitely go for it. I'm sure after seeing it, we will all warm up to it. The same goes for the shift light.

Oh, and keep the raised bonnet. It's really special.

WGAF if your car can beat a civc? :dunno: your car is slow and street racing is lame anyway. the car looks like ass. i dont care if youre 17, you should have plenty of time to wash your car.

heres my suggestions for bringing the car at least back to presentable as stock.

buy another set of those caps that were used on the trunk lid and paint them properly with the color matched silver. clear coat and polish them up a little bit and shove them in to replace the black caps.

im not sure why its cool or helpful to take off your rear wiper. i mean, it came extra as an option, so it must have pros over nothing at all.

dont get a shift light and gauge pod. it will serve no purpose but eye candy to your average teenager. your car is slow and doesnt have any sort of modification requiring further monitoring. same with a rubber lip? it'd look dumb and pointless IMO and just be an extra few precious dollars you could have spent on gas.

drivers side exiting exhaust? really?

focus on getting that thing cleaned up because it looks like you were a little more destructive than productive. however, its your car and you like it then by all means, gooo for it. :wavey:

The side exit exhaust is going to look horrendous. Then again you are 17 so you have no idea what looks good and what doesn't. Maybe you should check out the .org. They would be all about your car...hell you might even win COTM over there with that bird shit on your hood if you call it custom vinyl.
:noway: Why would you think a hook coming out of your exhaust space lookes good? This is why there is a stereotype about teenagers and modding cars. You're deffinately not helping for other 17 year olds gain respect.
I like the last pic you posted above this. Its looking better. I would just mainly fix that odd looking exhaust and get some better looking wheels.

Oh and i like the black headlights with the silver mirrors. That's the setup on my Stratus as they use to be black on it, just like the eclipse.
Oh my, I just read this whole thread.. and I feel kinda let down, are you trying to make your car look "JDM" because the only cars I see with hooks on the rear are Hondas. Another thing, I'm 17 too.. And I don't mean to toot my own horn, but my car isn't all nice, but it's decently clean, I give her a wash atleast once a week. Don't let being 17 full time student with a part time job stop you. I've owned my car for about a year, I've done just a few mods.

More power to you to doing whatever you want, it is your car, and for taking all the shit from everyone on here haha.

Anyways, don't give all us teenagers a bad name, because some of us like to keep our cars clean. Even if it's a 10 year old car.

No turn signals at the time but I will order the yellow fogs and wire my turn signals into them. I like the yellow fogs because not many people have them, and i think fogs look nice behind the grill on this car. Side exhaust scheduled for this week so hopefully its what i like...

Please do not do that side exit exhaust. Do you even realize how thats going to look? Considering there is going to be the gaping hole in the back bumper from where the exhaust use to come out. I hope you change your mind.

BTW head lights look great. Now if only you could carry the good taste you had for the headlights to mod the rest of your car.

Aight man . . . I gave you a chance but the more I read, the more ignorant you sound. Car still looks like a dull POS with caked on brake dust probably from the PREVIOUS owner. Wash your fucking car man, it's obvious you don't respect/appreciate what you have. Supercharging? Side exit exhaust? I'll give you 2 bits of advice and you can choose to do whichever suites you . . . #1 quit posting and read/search these forums more before you start throwing the word supercharger around or #2 take your ass to the .ORG

I think the latter will suite you better.

The way i see things is like this, anythin i consider will be stuck in the back of my mind until i actually try it and this exhaust thingy has been buggin me for a wile so if it turns out unlike how i imagine then its no big deal to just finish my catback. And also my ideas are strongly altered by the style of cars i came up around. My folks could give rats ass about a open slot in the rear bumper but to each is on, ill post pics when exhaust is complete, probably sometime this weekend... but i just took a look at wright06jhs GT and i really really like your exhaust, because the angled N1 style under the axle was my first option but will see
