Alright, so I haven't done too much to dress my engine up other than the blue harnesses, andi plan to clean it up in General. I don't plan on spending a lot to do so as the money could be used elsewhere. But I'd like some ideas on how to give it a nice clean look, and where I can find some of the items. I've seen others engines on here that are amazing. I bought a kit off amazon for that braided metal apperance for the ratdiator hoses, but they didn't fit so if anyone has a link or something for a kit that fits fully that'd be appreciated. I also looked at blue radiator hoses as well.Or any other ideas that may look good just to kind of make the overall look "pop"

Paint the valve cover, 74 manifold swap (performance oriented too) with powdercoat/polishing, reverse fender washers look cool, aluminum oil cap, Ingalls Torque Damper (performance oriented too), custom battery tie down, killer glass, etc.

There are endless amounts of stuff you can do to make it look good, heck a nice cleaning will make it look 100x better. Read the above thread Chad posted and it'll give you more ideas, but do NOT overdo it with the blue.

Yep, I had looked at that thread for some ideas. I've seen some of the stuff you said, and yeah ill definitely clean it all anyway but ill look at the other stuff. And yeah I'm gunna try to do it so Its a good mix and not just all blue. I just want blue to be the main theme.

Yeah, I think that engine bay looks great! If you follow in their footsteps you should be fine. Not sure on painting the bottles because 1) it will probably flake easily and look like crap and 2) You won't be able to tell if its full/empty. Many members have relocated their bottles and some have changed them out for aluminum ones (One brand was WeaponR I believe).

Thanks man! I think I'm a little late on that reply haha. Anyway, definitely glad how far my engine bay has come. The only real "eyesore" I have with it is the bulk of black tubes in between the CAI and air plenum. I would like to change them out for blue, but i dont know how far back id have to trace them. But again i dont want to over due it with blue :dunno: Maybe whenever i clean it all up come spring Ill think about it more. I also have been thinking about hydrodipping the valve cove with a CF design, and maybe painting to intake plenum black. Again kind of hesitant though because i dont want to loose it all to black you know.

That's what I have running around the valve cover haha. But if I can get like blue vacuum hose, that's the word I'm looking for, that'd be great. But again tracing them down may be an issue. So wire look may be what I have to go with haha. Like this, notice all the red in that area? Just looks a lot cleaner to me
