look in the chicagoland area on craiglist. someone was selling some for 400-600 if i recall correctly. They were quality coilovers too.

 

2000-2005 Mitsubishi eclipse 3g use tein coilovers

100miles away from you for a good deal on quailty coils.
I woulda bought them by now if I didn't have maintenance to do.

No way there are tein coils on eBay for 650. Those are prolly the Megan Ez street series or something like that. They're no where near as good as the teins but if you're on a budget and just want to go lower, imo, the Megan's would be fine.

Just save up the extra and buy bc be series with the extreme low option. It's the lowest you can go on Coilovers. Literally my rears could go so low that the upper control arm would hit the inner fender liner. And then I still would have a inch to go on the coil. Is stupid the amount of low potential of these. But if I were you - just buy the regular bc br or d2, and you'll need to have a steady stream of cash incoming to buy new cv axles because being low will break them with ease.
