So it was finally time to move on to my next car...I had my 2001 GT since 2005 and just sold it late 2008. I loved that car to death. It was my first "sporty" car and I enjoyed driving it so much.

On to the WRX...I picked her up in November 2008 and swore to myself that I wouldnt do any mods until it was payed off. So much for that. I bought her with 45k on the clock and payed 17k including an extended warranty to 100,000 miles. This is the only good pic I have right now with all the current mods on it. Enjoy!

**UPDATE 2/16/10** - Finally got all the mods I needed to do my turbo upgrade. I posted up more pics and some dyno charts. The parts I added were:
EvoIII 16g Turbo
Deatschwerks 750cc Injectors
NGK One Step Colder Spark Plugs
Walbro Fuel Pump
SSAC FMIC
Hallman Pro Manual Boost Controller
Blitz Nur Spec R Catback
Perrin Lightened Crank Pulley
Megan Racing Coilovers

The car pulls SO much harder now. On a stage 2 setup I made 245whp/239wtq and with the stock turbo tuned @17spi tapered off to 12psi at redline. With the EvoIII 16g tuned @20.5psi it holds full boost all the way to redline making 288whp/265wtq. Doesnt seem like that much but with this car it is. Feels like a completely different ride. I might add a few more parts due to my goal of making 300whp.

Future Mods:
GTSpec Unequal Length Header
Perrin Turbo Inlet Pipe
Tial External Wastegate

Thanks for all the kind words guys! Ill be getting more pictures of it soon, just been pretty busy lately but I will, I promise!

Well it only had 45k on it and it was the limited edition with heated seats, sunroof, 6 disc changer...which you wont see on most WRXs :) Also that was with the extended warranty which cost $1,000 extra...so technically it was only 16k...and it was in MINT condition. Paint was perfect, no dents, scratches nothing. And your right, Im loving it! :ndance:

Nice wrx man, my buddies got one too. Love those cars. I see you got tuned at EFI, Where at in CT are you from? I'm from danbury/brookfield area. (brookfield is where the house is though most people recognize danbury when I say it rather then brookfield.)

His was never really that modded that I knew of, his brothers is pretty decently modded, (not sure on exact mods) and this other kids I know is pretty heavily modded but not sure on his mods either. Def alot of Wrx/sti's in the danbury area, if you ever go down to efi again hit me up and we can have a 3g wrx cruise haha

I will :)...and hey, moms will be moms. Shes just lookin out for you.

Wow didn't realize how clean that clock pod was! I'm not too keen on the one that has the "overhang" on the gauges and makes em kind of hard to see. Good choice. :yesway:
Thanks man! yea isnt it super clean? The clock pod you are referring to is the Defi pod, and it costs like $170...mine is a glowshift pod that I paid $25 for brand new. It looks like it was supposed to be there :)
