I want to remove mine also, I want to fix some rattles. I'd also like to know

 

Pull the panel off. Unbolt the seatbelt to thread it through. I haven't tried it though. Don't cut the seatbelt. :slap:

 

Actually, the "thing" the seatbelt goes through actually comes off of the panel. I know that for sure.

Its not like the molded the plastic around the seatbelt! its got to come off somehow.

Probably u right.
There is some plastic thing around the belt and it looks like not molded into the panel.
I will try
1. Unclip the panels
2. Press that thing around the belt out
3. Try to find its position to insert it inside the panel with unbolted belt.
4. Take the panel out from the belt(s)

It should work if there is enough space in the panel opening for belt fastener and that plastic thing.
