I doubt that stratus is rice. It just has chrome wheels with a stock spoiler, it actually looks good

Blitz style body kit, z3 fenders, big wing, fast and furious style paint job? It's tastefully riced out, but still rice.

 

Z3 fenders are not rice if done right. Blitz kit same thing and same for the wing and paint job. If done in back yard, then yes all those could e considered rice. To me rice is not so much the parts but how they are incorporated with the vehicle. If done right, it could look right. Even though I would never do that paint job, wing and fenders like that. It was done professional and looks right. Shaved door handles the scoop on the roof, done right. Im sorry but this car was done with some taste and looks like the owner at least attempted to do it right. I don't think it's rice at all.

 

Like I said it was tastefully riced out. It was done right, but i would still put it under the ricer category.
