We have completed our single turbo kit. We are very happy with the output. We yielded 245hp and 245tq on our sporty tester at a very conservative 5psi of boost. The best part is the 242tq at only 4k. The car pulls great and has the power it lacked greatly before.

The kit is as follows:
GT30/35R
API 3 piece Tubular Stainless Manifold
Stainless Downpipe
Tial 38mm Wastegate (.4 Bar)
Spearco FMIC
HKS BOV (Greddy or Blitz available)
Mandrel Bend IC piping (Chrome)
5 ply Couplings
Stainless T-Bolt Clamps
API Fuel System
All Associated Hardware

The kit runs at a very reliable tune. We are seeing 11.7-11.9 Lambda on the wide band.

Pictures and Dyno Sheet are to follow as soon as the customer posts them.

No more than a SC w/ a good header.....

GT30R= XS sells these for $2100 by them self
Tial 38= $245
FMU= 149
Pump= 100
Spearco IC= 500
Couplings and T-bolts=150 (my cost)
BOV=200
CNC MAF Plate= RIPP sells for over 75
Stainless 3 Piece Manifold=1000 (Hytech headers are more than this....)
TOTAL=4519

Chrome Mandrel Bent Piping, SS Downpipe, Autometer Gauges, Gaskets, and Associated Hardware.....These would be over 400 alone.......

You could not even piece this together for that price......

Maybe we can offer a better price with enough response. Give me enough feedback, show that this kit will sell enough volume to mass produce......

We get better prices at larger volumes, and so will you....

Eeek. No need to get defensive. Here's what I was trying to say.

You want $5k for your kit with 5psi that will take us to 245hp (stated in your first post).

Ripp wants a little over 5k for the stage 3 supercharger which can go up to 18psi and over 400hp! It also comes with forged pistons and a few other goodies.

Ya, set the SC to 5psi on a Sporty and show me more power...

No offense to the SC guys but it will always take more boost on a SC to make equal power gains to a turbo. (assuming both fuel systems and kits are well designed). It's not opinion, it's fact.
