and its the easiest process..and cost me under 20 bucks..all i did ws washed down the wheels with degreaser..got all the dirt off...then went to my local advance auto partss..and bought a "chrome to black" 2 step pack..will take pick of product when i go to finish other wheels...tape off the parts you dont want black and add as much coat of black you want (mine is about 5 to 6) let dry for 3o mins between coat..then add clear coat(mine 2 to 3 coats)

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you need to do like scarr said and paint the rest of the area by the rivets. Your fake three-piece wheels are theatrically composed of the barrel, the rim and the face; you essentially just painted part of the face. Make sure when you paint that area tomorrow, you don't paint the screws too; can you actually unscrew those or are they just glued in? If the screw out (which I doubt) That will make things easier, but if they are glued in you will just have to mask them off.

sorry mine aren't clean, but i prefer the flat look on wheels as well, and this is a pic of the bolts/lip in chrome

this is close to what mine would look like without the curb rash etc. they were on the car when i got it, just waiting for the tires to go to get new ones, or may just keep these for the winter.
