Date, time, and location are still to be determined. As for now, we're just trying to see who'd be interested in going and if anyone has any suggestions on location and which dates would work best with people's schedules.

Looks like we have a decent amount of people interested in the meet. Any weekend works for me as well.

Personally, I like attending Wisconsin meets because meets that are closer to the city tend to be harder to organize because of traffic issues, all the cars attracting attention from law enforcement, etc.

Maybe we can find a place closer to the IL/WI border so it's in between both the IL and WI members.

How does Saturday, June 11th sound for everyone? We just need suggestions on dates as well and possible activities. Maybe have a BBQ of some sort, similar to what we did at previous WI meets.

 

idk if one person could make a difference but i have to go to a graduation that day and i can't miss it since it's a family members haha. any day other than that is good but again i dont want to screw things up for everyone. damn

The date doesn't matter to me as well. I'm pretty much free most weekends. So we could probably push the meet date to either late June or early July so that people can request days off and plan ahead.

 

I'm going up for a promotion at work, so if I get it, weekends might be tough for me but if I have enough time to request off then I see no problems. We need a solid date, so let us know Mike.

 

You need to get a date in concrete. Asking everyone whats days they are free will result in nothing more than going in circles while jerking off with novocaine. :lol:
