Very rough idle in drive

I have a 2003 eclipse gs 2.4l with 116k miles on it. It's past due on its oil change but I had this problem even after my last oil change. I last changed the spark plugs and wires about 2 and a half years ago when I got the car. I had the front and back motor mounts chaned when I got it but I can see my rear one needs to be replaced again. Also one of the ignition coils has a very small crack in the plastic that sits on the engine but that just looks like a clip to hold the wires. I just recently got a new radiator because I had been driving around with it for a long time with a 3.5 in crack on the top. Also got a new condenser and a new high pressure hose I think it's called. My ac has been working fine and my temp needle stays between .4 an .6 of the way. Now my problem is this, after my car is warmed up, it shakes slightly in park, none in reverse or neutral, and shakes very very bad as soon as I put it in park, still holding the brake. It continues to shake violently through first gear and very slightly after that. The rpms in park are about 700-800, and go down to 500-550 in park. The only mod I have is a cheap intake from eBay.

I've already cleaned the air filter, the tb and the iac. Everything is connected right. Only thing i noticed is inside the maf about 3 of the individual honeycombs are very slightly bent. I tried checking for vacuum leak, I can hear hissing coming from the air filter, and a faint one by the intake manifold? I think it's called. I'm scared of the carb cleaner catching fire so I'm not sure if I checked correctly lol. Is there a seal that should go between the maf and the adapter for the air filter? Cause I don't have one could that be the hissing? I tried moving the idle screw it helped a lot for the shaking in park but none for the shaking in drive so I just moved it back. Sorry for the long post I just wanted to give all the info thanks for any help

I'm gonna get the rear mount replaced and and have the rest checked out this week. I'm also gonna have both belts replaced as well and have the pulleys checked. I plan to do the seafoam treatment when I get it back, along with the plugs, maybe the wires too depending on my bank lol. I'm also gonna reclean the TB and IAC, I think I might have done a poor job cleaning them.

ASIDE from all of that, what other little things could be causing vibration in drive gear??

I've gotten to this point using the search button. I'm also gonna check into the egr, I've read a lot about that causing some shaking.

Thanks in advance!!

I'm assuming you have the stock intake on it. if thats the case then that hissing sound you hear is most likely the silencers that are in the intake to make the air flow a little quieter. If you had a cai it would be much louder. Your vibration is exactly what Bitter said. And as for the codes your o2 sensor after the cat may be on its way out giving faulty readings saying the cat is bad. I've seen it many times working on cars and while I worked at auto zone for a while.

Alright I re-cleaned the TB, IAC, and did the MAF this time. I took another look at my motor mounts again and saw the front one has failed also. The one under the battery looks good but I can't see much, and I can't find the passanger side one.

I want to order the mounts online, and I only see 3 motor mounts, is the 4th one called the transmission mount or is that something else??

I know you said that should help the shaking, but my idle drops from 800-900 to like 500-550 and shakes violently only when I put it on drive, I've checked 3 times for a vac leak with carb cleaner but I'm not sure if they're the right lines. Any other ideas?

Thanks for your suggestions!

Alright I finally got my mounts replaced, all 4 of them. It doesn't shake AT ALL now I'm very happy. It's never been this quiet the whole time I've got it lol.

Now,
The only thing is, now when I'm driving from about 0-30, my car feels like t sort of wiggles at the bottom of the car. I can feel it at my feet both drivers and passanger side. The steering wheel has a very slight vibration but not enough to make it wiggle or wobble.

Any idea why? Before I got them changed it would vibrate so bad I can't tell if it was there before or not.

That wobble could be a ton of things. Struts, wheel bearings, control arm bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, tires, air pressures, balance or simply an alignment being off. If you know a reputable alignment shop (one that won't screw you over--good luck in Laredo) take it in for an alignment and they will check what you can't on your own, almost always BEFORE they perform the work. If you don't believe them then don't let them align it and take it to one or two more places. If they all tell you the same thing you probably need to change those parts. If you get two or three different stories as to what they find you know they are lying and likely the place that tells you the least is wrong is the most honest, but you run the risk of them having also checked the least amount of stuff.

Thanks for the reply!
I got new tires and an alignment done a few months ago. And a little more than a month ago I hit a curb (dumb, I know) and got a flat, I needed a new tire. I'm sure this would have messed with the alignment right? After the flat and before the replacement of the motor mounts I couldn't feel the wiggle under the car. I know I didn't have it before because after reaching 20-30 mph it would barely vibrate at all. I drove it today and can still feel the wiggle at 40-50. The car itself doesn't sway in the driving lane but I can definitely feel it. And it feels like its under the car, and right under where the dashboard/stereo area is. All I had them do was change out all 4 mounts which totally fixed the shaking that started this thread.

I've learned a lot from this site and getting more familiar with the different areas of the car. Is there anything I can look for myself before taking it somewhere? Ive already put in quite a bit of $$ in the past month or so and starting to get low lol. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated.

I was looking at my car today, I've noticed this before, but the gap between the tire and the fender is higher on the front passenger side than the rest of the car. Could that be part of the problem?

Also, I've noticed when I start my ac I hear a loud screeching noise in the passenger side of the engine. I've read that means its time to change the belts, and should do the pulleys at the same time. I don't think either has been done on my car. I got it at 78k and I'm reaching 120k. If the pulleys were failing could they cause that much of a wiggle under the car?

I know it's not much useful information to diagnose anything but I'm just looking for opinions and things I should check and be looking out for.

Your one side sitting higher than the other is likely because of a blown strut. Many will tell you, as I would have told you before I saw otherwise myself, that struts will not affect ride height. However when I changed my struts (with the original springs) the front sat a good inch higher with the fresh struts.
