Okay, so after not running my car in over a year and a half, and over probably 80 hours of labor, we finally tried starting it tonight. It's running way too rich. I've never tuned a car before, nor do I know where to start. If somebody could send me a calibration for my EMS, that would be amazing. Or even if you could give me some pointers on how to lean out the startup maps, that would be great too. The car will crank over about 3 or 4 times, and then run for about 1 revolution. If I hold the throttle at about 20%, it will run for about 1 second before it dies. It doesn't backfire, but while it's running, I'm getting about a 10 AFR from my Zeitronix. If your setup is similar to mine and you would be able to help, I would love to have a different cal. Here's the mods:

Precision SC-6152E T3/T4 turbo (56 trim)
DSM 450cc injectors (w/ resistor)
GM IAT
GM 3bar MAP sensor (P/N 12223861)
Zeitronix Zt-2 Wideband
NGK BKR7E-11
AEM 30-1313 EMS

If you need any information, let me know. Please help!!

EDIT: I have an '03 manual. Wasn't ever an auto :)

UPDATE!

Thanks to blak94gsx, we were able to get the car started up tonight! Unfortunately, we're having some mechanical problems. I think we'll probably have to redo the oil return line.::ghey3:

wow... that'd be some NASTY JELLY gas... That why I had to rebuild my AE86, I started it after draining my gas tank when I was still green, thinking, "Oh, it'll have no gelled gas in the lines after 10 years of sitting!"

with that turbo your going to need bigger injectors assuming you are going to use it to its potential. That is the turbo I am using on my new set up and Im going with 780cc injectors. but im also going to be running 20psi on pump and 30 or so on c16. You dont happen to have any pictures of it in the engine bay do you cause I am curious to see how much room I am going to have with this turbo

Wow I wasn't expecting so many replies after I mentioned that the car was running now.

Are you running the same gas from 1.5+ years ago?!?
Yes, it seems to be working fine. I used multiple treatments of fuel stabilizer. Plus the car still ran until the middle of the summer because until then, just the transmission was broken. When we pulled the tranny, we started installing the turbo. Plus I won't be hitting boost for a while because it has about a half tank of regular unleaded that I'm going to use while I'm breaking in the turbo and tranny :bigthumb:

Was there anything else besides the cal that was keeping it from starting?
Nope, I loaded the cal that Blak94gsx sent me and she fired right up :wiggle: I did however cut pin 92 on my EMS and splice it to pin 40 before I got the cal, but that didn't make any noticeable difference at the time so I just left it.

I do have plenty of pics, but I'm feeling really lazy and I think you should be able to tell based on the video:

COol, I was just wondering if you had to swap teh coil triggers. It seems to be random, which cars do or dont have to swap them.

Yea it wont run very well without the sensor ground connected to pin 40. So its a good thing you left it.

Nice job! Looks like you are doing it up right.
