I've been slowly collecting parts and researching for a while and I have almost everything. Recently did all my maintenance including timing belt, water pump, plugs, wires, and put in an Exedy clutch. And I also had to have my 5 spd trans rebuilt since 4th gear kept popping out. But anyways I'm planning to run around 8 psi. Install will be happening in Novemeber. Here's my parts list:

wrx 440 injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR
Intercooler Piping and clamps/couplers (Used)
Ebay Intercooler
Greddy Type s BOV
TD05 16g turbo
2g manifold
Tactrix 2.0
AEM Wideband

I ordered the following parts just waiting for them to arrive

3 gauge pillar - recieved
Glowshift boost/oil pressure gauges - recieved
2002 eclipse ecu with evo rom flashed - recieved
Tearstone Billet fuel rail adapter - recieved
Glowshift Oil sandwich adapter - recieved
ExtremePSI oil feed/return lines - recieved

Started the install yesterday and have made some good progress. The only thing I'm not sure about is what I'm going to do about a downpipe. I think I'll have a shop custom make one, I'll just have to find a shop. I've read that people go to midas for a downpipe, but I'm not sure yet. Here's a pic so far

Alright I got everything on and it starts right up. I haven't tuned it yet. Right now I'm running no downpipe just to test it. However when I start it after maybe 15 seconds oil starts to come out of the 02 housing, and it's quite a bit of oil that sprays out constantly. So I thought it was bad turbo seals and I changed it out for another turbo that I know is good and it does the exact same thing. And I checked my return line and it's not kinked or leaking I'm pretty sure. And obviously it's not the engine. The only thing I could possibly think is that the oil pan isn't taped high enough but I'm pretty sure it is.

I'd be really careful with running that engine like that. I recall another member here who blew his stock engine because his downpipe was disconnected from his headers and he revved the engine when it was low on oil and up on jack stands.

You're putting way too much oil pressure on that turbo and its blowing the seals right away. Show us you're feed and return setup for it. Chances are the feed is too big and/or the return isn't set up right.

I saw someone said your turbo is upside down? There's only one way you can put oil through the turbo and it has to be top to bottom.

What kind of oil are you using and what's your oil pressure? Answer the question, where is your feed coming from? This is very important. A lot of DSM's feed from the head, where pressure is substantially lower then at the oil housing where most non factory turbo cars feed from. What oil pressure is the turbo seeing through that line?
