Nice! My first 3G was an '01 Spyder but it had a tan top and interior. You've done a good job so far.

 

nice start you need to black out the brake light and get rid of the rear emblem. it will give it a cleaner look

 

nice sonars and tinted tails, i agree, you should tint the 3rd brake and debadge.

After tinting the 3rd brake light, a debadge, and getting some new WHEELS - You then need to look into a nice lower suspension set-up. Teins/Eibachs with some KYB AGXs will do ya over nicely :yesway:

 

i was gonna say noo black wheelsss. BUT you got a black top convertible, so your good. when they say debadge..everything goes. the dealership, the spyder, GT, and the side V6 24V. thatll give it a nice clean look ...and of course a drop.

 

What do you think about getting a smoke or black LED 3rd brake light? I didnt smoke that light cause they sell them in black...

 

How do I debadge? Can i just rip them off or what? Thanks

 

Hair dryer (or a heat gun) + (Goo-Gone X Patience) = No more badges

Dont use a heat gun. Hair dryer at the most. but in all honesty I just did it with a string , a sunny warm day, then used some goo gone to get ride of the sticky stuff it left.

 

The 3rd brake like you are talking about isn't amazing to me. I prefer a nicely tinted light to match your others. The LED one you are talking about would look different. I suppose you could tint it too thought. That's not a bad idea.

Yeah I decided not to get the LED 3rd brake light! I just took out my stock on and smoked it out, I personally think it looks ok with it just being smoked and stock...

Hey thanks... Umm no I haven't done anything to the engine. I'm waiting until I have the outside looking good with the rims tint. And CF hood I'm getting in Feb. Once I get the black and white down. Then ill work on the engine with all the basics. CAI, Meagan Headers. Greddy Evo 2 Exhuast. Maybe turbo but prolly not cause its not a racer, more I want it to look and sound nice

I understand the plate issue. Unfortunately Maryland requires it. Gotta love the White Spyders. I've done nothing with my '03, but it's a damned good car.

 

Yeah I used to live in MD! I love that state. I live on the Potomac River. But I tried patching my bumper holes today. Didn't turn out so well but my friend with the white coupe is going to fix it for me on Saturday

 

Took off my bumper. And patched and sanded the 4 holes now waiting to get extra cash to paint it W69 aka Pearl White...
